Nursery Retail Staff - Seasonal Plant Care and Sales

For this position we are seeking a people-oriented person with horticultural experience and knowledge. We expect to provide considerable on-the-job training, but having at least some background in this field is required. Also physical fitness is important since lifting and moving plants is expected.

This seasonal job is filled with variety—seldom are two days the same. At Blake Nursery we strive to give our customers the finest quality plants combined with helpful planting and other care instructions, so our days are filled with plant and people care. Landscape Crew

Blake Nursery is seeking Landscape Employees to begin work in May 2013. You will work with an experienced landscape foreman installing landscape plans and maintaining existing sites, both residential and commercial. Other responsibilities will include vehicle and equipment maintenance and unloading and setting up B&B trees as they arrive at the nursery from wholesale growers. Previous work experience in this position is beneficial, and a clean DMV is required.
